STOC Day Camps!

July 10, July 31, Aug 14, & Aug 28

This summer St. Teresa is offering four day camps for our K-5th graders (based on the 2021-2022 school year). Camps will be on Sundays from 12-3pm and include lunch, games, crafts, and more. Each camp is a stand alone event, and kids can be signed up for as many or few dates as work for you and your family.

Registration is required, but there is no fee. Space is limited, and we won't be accepting any day of walk ins or registrations, so make sure you sign-up.

You can use the links below to register campers or sign-up to volunteer. We have volunteer opportunities for jr highers, high schoolers, and adults.

If you have any questions please contact Mary Williams.

Sunday School

(Pre-K - 5th grade)

Sunday School meets Sundays from 10-10:55am (between our two Sunday morning Masses). Children are divided by grade levels and taught by our enthusiast and faith filled catechists.

Registration is closed. Check back in August for information on our next Faith Formation Year.

First Communion

(2nd - 5th Grade)

First Communion will be meeting weekly on Tuesday evenings from 6-7:15pm. First Reconciliation is a required part of the first Communion program. Parents won't be teaching any part of the curriculum at home, but we we are requiring that at least one parent attend every session.

2nd grade is when most children receive their first Communion. Children must be at least 7 years old by November 2022 and have been baptized in the Catholic Church. If your child is unbaptized, was baptized in another faith tradition, or is in 6th grade or older and needs to receive their first Communion, please contact Mary Williams for information on which programs are available for them.

Registration is closed for First Communion.

Children’s Liturgy of the Word

(1st - 5th Grade)

Children’s Liturgy of the Word offers children grades 1st-5th the opportunity to participate in the Liturgy of the Word in a way that is accessible and meaningful for them. Children's Liturgy takes place during the 9am & 11am Masses twice a month.

RCIC

(ages 7-17)

The Rite of Christian Initiation for Children is a program for children between the ages of 7 and 17 who are unbaptized or were baptized in another faith tradition. This program presents the faith in an engaging way at a level accessible to them and prepares participants to receive the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, the Eucharist, and Confirmation).

Sessions meet once a month beginning October 3 on Sundays from 12-1:30pm. In addition to meeting once a month, children are required to attend the sacramental prep program appropriate for their age. For elementary age children this is the first Communion program. For jr high and high school children this is the youth Confirmation program.

Registration forms can be downloaded HERE. Please contact Mary Williams for more information.
